Nitish Fagoe PhD

Nitish obtained his MSc in Biomedical Sciences at Leiden University in 2009. He started his PhD in 2009 at the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience in Amsterdam where he worked on viral gene therapy in spinal cord injury models to study the repair mechanisms of injured neurons.

After finishing his PhD in 2014 he started as a project leader at MSD Animal Health at the Viral Bioprocess Technology and Support department. In this position he leads R&D projects for the development and optimization of viral production processes and technology transfer projects in multidisciplinary project teams.
